Meet The Team

Charity Davis, OTR/L, ADHD-RSP

I am an Occupational Therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals improve function, participation, and quality of life.

My practice focuses on people whose challenges often span multiple body systems and don't fit neatly into a single diagnosis. I work with individuals experiencing hypermobility and connective tissue disorders, dysautonomia, chronic pain, sensory and executive functioning differences, pelvic health concerns, and other complex conditions that impact daily life.

Drawing from experience across neurological rehabilitation, assistive technology, orthopedics, cognitive rehabilitation, home health, and community-based care, I take a whole-person approach that considers the interaction between the body, nervous system, environment, and meaningful daily activities.

My goal is to help clients better understand their bodies, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies that support long-term participation in the things that matter most.

Why I Do This Work

Throughout my career, I've been drawn to the people whose stories don't fit neatly into a box.

Many of my clients have seen multiple providers, collected multiple diagnoses, or spent years trying to understand why everyday tasks feel harder than they should. What I have learned is that behind every symptom, diagnosis, or limitation is a person trying to live a meaningful life.

I love the detective work of connecting the dots, but even more than that, I love helping people discover what is possible. Whether someone is trying to care for their family, return to work, pursue a passion, or simply make it through the day with more confidence and less struggle, those goals matter.

Occupational therapy gives me the opportunity to combine science, creativity, problem-solving, and genuine partnership. It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they build a life that works better for them.
